Self-Awareness
Accurately perceiving your own behavioral patterns, Values & Motivators drivers, strengths, and impact on others. You can't guide someone through their profile if you haven't deeply understood your own.

Adaptability
Flexibly modifying your approach and communication style based on others' needs and context. A Decisive leader and a Stabilizing leader need fundamentally different debrief experiences.

Active Listening
Attending fully to others — hearing explicit and implicit messages, and suspending judgment. The skill that turns a data review into a transformative conversation.

Powerful Questioning
Asking open-ended questions that invite reflection and ownership. The difference between "Your D score is 85" and "What does it mean for you that you lead with that much directness?"

Creating Trust & Safety
Establishing psychologically safe environments where others can be honest and take risks. Assessment data can feel vulnerable — trust is the container that makes insight possible.

Not a passive course. A structured progression that blends self-paced learning, live practice, personalized coaching, and real-world application — so you're ready to debrief with confidence on day one of certification.

30-minute personal call covering platform orientation, program overview, and scheduling your coaching session. You'll receive your own ADVanced Insights assessment and access to the self-paced course.

Week 1
Self-Paced Learning + Personal Coaching Call
Six modules building your DISC + Values & Motivators foundation — starting with your own assessment review and Self-Guided Debrief, then DISC Framework Foundations, Values & Motivators Foundations, Communication Preparation, and Coaching Preparation. Your 1:1 coaching call (45–60 min) deepens your personal understanding before you start learning to coach others.
Self-paced + 1:1 Coaching
Week 2
Live Sessions 1 & 2 — DISC in Action + Values & Motivators Integration
Session 1: Pattern recognition from multiple clues. Analyzing Natural vs. Adaptive graphs for stress indicators. Interpreting unusual DISC patterns.

Session 2: Identifying Values & Motivators drivers through language and priorities. Case studies using DISC + Values together. Building communication strategies that account for both behavioral style and motivational drivers.

Week 3
Live Sessions 3 & 4 — Practice & Mastery
Session 3: Your first real practice. Conduct the opening 10 minutes of a DISC + Values & Motivators debrief. Apply powerful questioning. Receive direct feedback from facilitators and peers on presence, pacing, and technique.

Session 4: Conduct a complete 25-minute individual debrief. Navigate the full assessment report with coaching presence. Create actionable development plans. Demonstrate all seven Engaged Leader Competencies.

Weeks 4+
3 Supervised Practice Debriefs + Certification
Conduct three real DISC + Values & Motivators debriefs with individuals. Submit reflection forms for each. Complete a follow-up coaching call for personalized feedback. Once all requirements are met — you're certified.
