DISC reveals your observable behavioral tendencies — the HOW of leadership. We use our own naming: Decisive, Interactive, Stabilizing, Cautious. Both your Natural style (your hardwired defaults) and your Adaptive style (how you adjust at work) are measured — and the gap between them reveals where you're spending adaptation energy.
WHY you do it
Values explain what drives behavior below the surface — the WHY. Two leaders with identical DISC profiles can lead very differently based on their values hierarchy. The iceberg metaphor: DISC is visible above the waterline, Values drive from below. We measure seven motivational drivers: Aesthetic, Economic, Individualistic, Political, Altruistic, Regulatory, Theoretical.
